HOW TO PREPARE
For a taste of el Jimador, simply fill a shaker with ice and el Jimador Reposado. Strain into a shot glass and sip slowly. Expect citrus, hints of cinnamon and ripe, bold agave notes. Some people swear by a garnish of a citrus, but walk your own path. Pair it with some delicious carne asada straight off the coals or our favorite, chicken tamales.
